Transitioning Help

Okay, I just started transitioning. I'm 7 weeks post and my hair has been shedding like crazy with the white bulb at the end. I already tried washing my hair with garlic and that didn't help. My hair regimen is wash once a week with Motions Lavish Conditioning Shampoo and conditioning with Mizani Moisturfuse. Then I apply a heat protectant spray and some silk drops and let my hair air dry. Later I flat iron. At night I wrap my hair or roll it up. My only problem is the shedding and my new growth is really hard and dry. Can anyone please help me. TIA.

I used Garlic Shampoo from Queen Helene. It stopped my shedding. Also, Aphogee 2 step treatment works too. Good luck! OP!.
