yes I did before. These are my three year old locs

Here is my fro today

  rat tail combs did not work on me I had to use a very thick sewing needle. :) I know Im late on responding but I hope it went well. :)

Thanks girl :) Im tryna grow it out. I realized that I was under the impression that I could only have long hair by having locs, SOOOO not true.

Yes it can be done. I had my locs for 4 years. It took me 1 week to take them out with a knitting needle. Using a conditioner sounds like a good idea, but I did not use conditioner. Just take your time.

I have a coworker that has had locks for years, her hair is very long but it is starting to unlock. She has tried many times to redo the ones that have came undone, but it isn't working. Do you have any suggestions to what she can do?

Thanks for this thread, you guys are inspiring the opposite! I wanted to try to loc but I did not know they could be taken out. I saw a woman who did it and she told me they can be taken down. So, I think I am going to try to loc now.
