Tu-grad is the shedding excessive or is it just normal shedding?

i know a lot a people take garlic supplements to combat excessive shedding.

the only time i ever had excessive shedding was in 2010 after doing black tea rinses, my hair was coming out for days.  i know it works for many but it had the exact opposite effect on me. lesson learned.

Will stick to henna, coconut oil castor oil and biweekly cowash(any moisturizing conditioner)...using this method my hair went from dry brittle and wiry...until I messed with the alter ego.

just find any black  tea and pour it on my hair??
i too used alter ego and my hair got extremely hard
