I'd like to know what happened to the european virgin hair that I used only one week? (After i finally learned how to put it!)
I cannot believe that the hair is a horrible "thing", sticky, almost unusableDeadDead.
When I first received the unit, I noticed it had some serum or something that keep the hair "moisturized". Then, when I first washed the unit, and this serum went away, the hair turned to an old doll kind of hair, thick, without shine, almost sticky, puffy...I don't have enough words to describe it.
I want to take it out off my head and throw it to the garbage but I cant because it is the only one i have.
I feel so pissed, it was my first order, I did my research, I trusted on Rex, and what did I get? Some horrible quality, I'm not even sure it is human hair. I sent him an email and he replied that it was virgin european, but this cannot be.
What can i do with this thing? i'm so sad right now. Is there some treatment I cpuld applied so it wont be so noticeable "wiggy"?
Thanks ladies

Don’t panic, just give your hair a bath in ½ of fabric softener and your hair will be soft, less puffy and moisturized… Try a AV next time, btw I dont mess with Rex or Kevin because their units dont look all that to me.

Thanks for your replies.
I bought the Aphogee treatment as one lady suggested me, but when I applied the hair drier, the hair seems to be more damaged. It is obvious that this, if it is human hair, is so much processed, that it is useless. I'll try to apply the treatment without the hot.
Kellyanna, thanks for your reply. I'll try the softener ( the one that I use for the washing machine will work?)
I was thunking on buy my next hair (it will be soon, as i really cannot wear this one) from Stella, I think is Kevin the vendor. It cannot be worst that rex. The thing with the AV is that almost double the price, I really cannot afford them.

Last week i sent an email to rex, saying that i was really dissapointed because I trusted him, bla bla bla, and that the hair wast the worst quality, and he said that no one complained ever about that. The thing is the wig he made me is nothing I asked him: the density is more than 100 and i asked 80, the hair is overly processed, i asked him european virgin ( I know...) it is not soft waves, it is curly.
Iam really disgusted, i really did my homework and I though he was the best. Not for me, for sure.

Try Ruth’s Beauty…. They’re an AV and they are very reasonable and offer discounts. I’m a college student and I know about watching money. But Ruth’s is affordable and her lace fronts are durable and last for a little longer then 10 months if your careful..

I use the Suavitel from target it smells good... You can also use Downey are any other frabic softner

I'm sorry for your wig. Virgin European hair is extremely rare and hard to find. He didn't give  you virgin anything. He gave you over processed Indian or Chinese hair. )The only real virgin hair types that  CVs have are Indian and Chinese (some may have Malaysian). Anything else isn't real virgin hair
