I've had BSS hair that acted better for at least a week. This ish is raggedy out the pack! I purchased 3 bundles and ALL OF THEM are booboo. I couldn't get my hands halfway through the hair without my fingers being halted by what seemed like some kind of transparent glue toward the ends.

I'm about to just rinse this silicon mix out and contact them because I can't do it nothing in the world can soften this crap. I have never had hair feel this hard. It has the texture of straw. Maybe it needs a perm or something. I shouldn't have to perm my weave.

"I gave this purchase 2 stars for several reasons. First Juan had stopped replying to my emails and still to this day( about 2weeks later) I have not recieved a reply. I even sent him an email reminding him there are a few emails I sent that were unanswered. Secondly, I had ordered this hair due to great reviews and was excited and expecting the hair to be good quality but what I recieved was hair that feels very rough, tangles, and sheds!I am very experienced with virgin hair so I have tried every conditioner that has been known to bring hair back to life but nothing has worked. I also would like to mention the smell. It took a mircle to remove. I hope I just received 3 bad batches of hair and this is not the quality but I will not buy from this company again. Bad hair on top of not answering emails, no thank you. I gave the two stars because shipping was really fast, so that was a plus. "

That wasn't me, I ordered through paypal. Plus, for all that, two stars is two too much.

DONT YOU HATE THAT?! You order through paypal and then you cant leave them a review, especially when what you receive is trash and you wanna BLAST THEIR ASS! I know how you feel...I had the same experience last week (with a different aliexpress vendor) .
