Devonna you might want to chat with the ladies on this Jacksum thread.  It was way back in 2008 but perhaps they can share their experiences with refunds.  I believe one woman was addicted... and I forgot the other' name. But I want to say that these ladies commented in this thread about page 5.  Also there have been some recent threads about jacksun.  Perhaps you can contact the ladies on those threads as well.  One thread is on this page.. and the other is perhaps a page or two back on the lace front board.  Hope everything works out.
