It's probably custom blended/colored.  It looks like about a 2 at the roots.  The rest is probably a blend of like 2 or 4 with 6 and some 30 or 33 highlights.  I would imagine there are at least 3 colors used.

Sounds complicated. I guess I won't be attempting the coloring process on my own. Thanks for the advice ladies.

Very! She and I are around the same skin tone if, I'm not a shade or two lighter. I'd love to wear that color during the summer.
