Okay i am going to lose 100 pounds and 6 months! I am 350 5'9 :( my heaviest was 370 a year ago and then i went down to 320 but i seriously eat food when I am sad. Yeah i just said my weight its kinda embarrassing but its something I gotta do. I dont know what my goal weight is.  But it will not stop at 250. I'm going to do it through diet and excerise. I am moving all the way to another state to be with my sister who workouts everyday and eats healthy and has lost quite a bit of weight. i start next week! Very excited!!! Its going to be hard!

It doesnt have to be in 6 months but it can happen in 6 months.
