ok i put loc extensions in my hair i used lord and cliff afro kinky human hair and I braided it and it turned out cute but  the braids are stiff,  and kind of wired like,  does anyone know how i can soften them up, will it help if i wash them,  I really didnt want to wahs them until my first interlock tightening.  any suggestions Thanks.

In reading some say it will take 2 days for it to calm down. If you really need an answer I'd send a message to those who have videos on youtube about their loc extensions. I read one woman in some blog washed her hair afterwards. Me personally I wouldn't recommend that. How many packs of hair did you use? at what length.

I had them and I don't think there's much u can do right now..mine took bt 3 days to "fall" and a month to feel like an actual loc. Hope this helps!

Yeah, I got so caught up on doing it the "right" way..I kinda miss them now. I'm wearing my hair in braids untill my hair grows out a little more.

I was thinking about starting off w/ Interlocks..I just found out about this method! But my hair isn't growing fast enough =(

I used 14 inch hair I am going to interlock at the root,  I did wash them and they got soft.  Thanks for all of your help and advice.
