I ordered a custom unit from Stella of shuangyewigs and I received the unit yesterday. The unit does not look like the 16inch I ordered and when I asked her why it doesnt look like a true 16inch. she said the return hairs on this wig were longer and she would make them shorter next time. is this a sensible explanation? what is return hair pls?

Return hairs are the short hairs on the unit. When the wigmaker attaches the hair on the lace wig, the return hairs is the short hair from the knot. I have only ordered one wig from stella/jacksun and they are skimpy on the length. My unit was suppose to be 18" but it is really 16" at the most. I believe they measure from crown to tip and not from individual strands.

Yep! I ordered my first unit a lace front malaysian it looked like it was 80% density an was supposed to b 16 inches but was 14... Im not happy with them..
