How does that work?
You just spray your scalp and brush the flakes out?

Mine lasts like 3 days. It is TOO painful to be pressing it every week. Seriously?? You have to put the blow dryer and I have type 4 hair, so it is painful when you part it and then you have to do several passes with the flat iron. I'm just like "SCREW THIS". If I don't want kinky or coily hair, then I just need to texlax it and be done with it. I think a chemical treatment once every 2 months is better than that torture of pressing every week.

If texlaxing doesn't make me happy, then I'm going natural. No gimmicks. No "styles". Just leavin my damn hair alone.

Are there any ladies who work-out? What is your trick. I went natural like 4-5years ago. I never went natural to ever rock the curly/fro look I just wanted straight/full of body/pretty/thick hair whenever I decided to take a break from the weaves. I work out at least 5x a week.

Any suggestions

I am able to do keep my press if I wear my hair in a sleek high pony then tie a scarf or my satin headband just around the edges. I also make sure not to remove the band or pony until im sure my edges and roots had enough time to completely dry. I do the same for when I wash my face also.

My press lasts as long as I want it to before I wash it. But I do a good job pressing it.

I sweat in my head at night. So, my press usually lasts about 3 days even with wrapping at night.

Me too! Im natural 4ab and I blow dried and flat ironed my hair Sunday night and it looked pretty decent.  Not the same as when I go to the salon but I had totally planned on wearing it down the net day... do you know I woke up looking like I slept on a damp wash n go!!  A complete waste of time and possible heat damage.  If I go to the salon I can usually squeeze a week - 1.5 week out of it.  But it can only wear it down for a few days and then i go into a twist out or just ponytail or bun.... I give up

I went with the same press for three weeks one time. I just wanted to see how long it would last. My hair looked good, but my scalp was pretty nasty after all time time, though, so I never go that long normally.
