I want to be in this challenge. I have been doing GHE for the past couple of weeks. I have been doing it every night, but I may just do it 3 to 4 times a week.

Please believe I didn't I was sore as crap from working out but I managed to roll out of bed and got spray a lil wave nouveau and put on my cap and bonnet. Sorry but walking down stairs to get my scarf was out of the question. LOL

Doing the GHE while working out is the best. So put your conditioning cap/scarf by your workout station if you workout at home. My hair feels real good when I put conditioner on it and then wrap in a plastic bag/scarf and workout. It is like doing a steam treatment. Well good job at working out Ms.Tiki!

Oops...that was a typo. It was supposed to say please believe I did. I was saying despite being sore I still managed to roll out of bed and get myself together. That's what I get for posting from my phone.

I guess you can say I GHE last night. I washed and conditioned my hair, but I guess I didn't detangle my hair well enough and it matted like crazy. It seemed like I had dred locks,so by the time combed n raked out all my hair out it was was 3am. I was not rinsing no conditioner out my hair.

I'd like to join this challenge! I'm relaxed. I've been dong this once to three times a week randomly. I actually just did it yesterday before seeing this new challenge.

Tonight I will not be doing the GHE, I will do every other night. But my hair is feeling oh so good. I can't keep my hands out of it. I need a new style, it will be in some fat twists, until I can figure out a style.
