Shocked I forgot all about zinc! I have been looking at it in my cabinet for the past week but couldn't remember what it's for. I need to get a vitamin regi going...

Coren thats like a lifetime supply of sulfur.  you really dont need that much it lasts a long time.  im still using the 4 oz. bottle i bought in 2009.  the price went up substantially but they still have it :

Hello ladies. IF you decide to take sulfur by mouth in the pill form just remember that not all sulfur is user friendly. If u take capsule or solid pill form make sure it that on the label that it states that it is OPTIMSM and no other brand. OPTIMSM is pure and absorbs easily. To test if you have the right MSM whether it be powder or capsule, you can either open one of the capsules into a cup of water and if it doesn't dissolve or just sits on top of the water then u have been hoodwinked. Take it back and get the correct kind. The same goes for the powder. HAPPY MSM HUNTING AND MAY ALL YOUR HAIR DREAMS COME TO A REALITY.
