cayenne Pepper and olive oil

I had to try the cayenne pepper early on in my HJ......I did it twice, I wasn't impressed at all, my hair hated me for a week, I had to condition the heck out of it to get it right. Word of caution: If it get's in your eyes in burns like hell  and my scalp was itching like crazy for three days, I said hell to the naw to cayenne pepper and threw the whole container in the trash. I didn't want to end up blind trying to get some new growth. So...I went back to my HP collection and kept up the GHE.
