Just a qustions has anyone ever used cayenne Pepper and olive oil to regrow hair thinning hair.  If so how did it work for you and how long did you use it.  I'm looking over various sites and came to something on ehow's website on using these two products to regrow thinning hair.

I was doing cayenne pepper rinses on my cornrows for a couple of months but I can't say that I experienced increased growth from them.  I've never tried it as a scalp oil though...

Used a cayenne oil once, but I kept rubbing my scalp and forgetting then rubbed my eyes

Exactly how much cayenne pepper is supposed to be used? The burn factor scares me.

Okay, so I tried this out yesterday. I made a mix of 2 tblspoons of cayenne pepper + 1/2 cup of EVOO and 1/2 cup of JBCO. I put it on my scalp, and honestly, it didn't burn at all. Just a slight tingle. I like it. I will be applying this every other day to see if it helps.
