     I am planning on going to DR to get butt implants i was doing research on doctor Alejandro Hernandez, has any one had butt implants?? whats the before and after like?? are the results amazing??

Did you get your fat graphing in ny? Is the fat graphing permanent? What were the cost of the fat graphing procedure?

OMG. can you show pictures? I have a naturally large both but I want a little more. lol. I wanna do fat though not an implant b/c I'm allergic to everything.

I am thinking of getting  butt implants as swell, but i would love to do fat grafting however, fat grafting procedure is best done on those who have enough fat on their bodies. If you have enough fat to get lipo and put it there. The negatives to that is if you dont have enough fat then the out come of the kind of booty you want wont happen because only 40 percent of fat is stored months after the surgery. As far as the implants its risky but if u you want a huge ass or dont have enough fat to have a bigger booty (more normal looking lol) then you will more than likely have to get implants. It sucks alittle but o well...lol
