^^^Grow on girl! I'm on day 10 of my mini braids and I feel some new growth already. The bad part about fine hair is that my styles look old after a few days/rinses. But that's why I rock mini braids b/c they look better as they get older.

Im all late but thank you mama ....I get happy sometimes about the thickness but sometimes I wish it wasn't so thick during wash days. (ITS THE WORST) arms falling asleep ...hard to get it in a slick ponytail lol. Overall Im grateful and thank you for the kind words...your hair looks awesome, geez youre soooo close

Great progress kiki! Me on the other hand I'm certain I havent retained any growth I have been having my hair out too much and being lazy with my regime. Getting a new fabulous wig tommorow and my hair aint seeing daylight till May so I expect some retention!!!

Since I took out my twists, I have been really lazy.
I slept in my dc one nite, then washed it out, threw it in 4 parts and put a hat over it when I needed to go out.
Last week, I bought the Shea moister Organic Raw Shea Butter line - masque, shampoo, condish. I used the whole line - slept in the masque Monday, washed and cowashed Tuesday, put in twists for a twist out. Don't know if I like the line yet, but I can tell you it is WAY too perfumey for me.
I think I may braid/twist it this weekend.
I did a twist out puff with a bang yesterday. I thought it was cute. My friend came with a backhanded comment talkinbout you know you can straighten your hair with a blowdryer, right?
Mind you, her hair is relaxed to death, shoulder length and her once thick hair is thin. And she said to me that her hair was pretty alright. I am not anti relaxer, but that is too much.
Oh, and I don't think my hair grows. At ALL.

Thanks you guys!!! @Kiki, your hair is seriously on the grow! Lookin good girl! @Muay, I know how you feel. Sometimes I wish I had a thicker hair texture in the front, but then i realize how grateful I should be when it comes time to detangle.
@Who, I know that story all too well with pretty much all kinds of people I come in contact with! And why don't you feel your hair is growing? Start water moisturizing and sealing it in. That is becoming a very fast staple regimen for me. I've never seen my hair flourish so MUCH!
I did a fierce blowout and finally got a chance to see all the growth. It may not look like much to everyone else, but I am SO PROUD.
You can read about it HERE at my blog! =D I have no idea what I'm gonna do with this hugemongous thing, but I am DEFINITELY having some fierce fun with it!

I have a very good moisture and seal regimen. I make most of my products myself. It could be a case of severe hainorexia or maybe it hasn't grown. Who the heck knows....
Length check end of March....
