Matter of fact…RUN!!! 
I just received a supposedly curly unit which ended up looking like a BRILLO pad after washing/conditioning. No product that I used on this wig could control the frizziness, with little or no kind of curl pattern. Products that I use on my curly unit pretty much worked on them, not this unit. This is the second unit I ordered from them and the first is the suppose to be the same unit. NOT! Here is what I wrote…
Hi Rita,
I received my wig yesterday. After washing and shaping the wig, this is NOT the same texture I ordered and I am VERY unhappy with this unit. It is VERY frizzy and no product that I put on the unit can control how poofy it is. Even while wet, I can feel and see the difference from the first unit I ordered from you. They are both the same style unit (number) but react differently and the texture is different. This is VERY unfortunate since I like the texture of the first unit and decided to order the same one so I can have two of the same unit on hand. This unit looks OVER processed, with very little curl pattern to it.
WHAT HAPPENED?

Sorry to hear that you dislike this order. :(
The curl will be different after washing or combing.
but you can use some conditoner or curl tool to remake it again.
Some other customers did that.
Hope you can also make it work.

How the Hayell can I remake a curl? Put rollers in it and call it a day? This is some bullsh#t I've been bamboozled by this vendor from QINDAO China! Let's say, its like taking Buckwheats hair and turning it into Shirley Temple curls. It ain't gonna happen!!!
BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR AND DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING CURLY /CURLY KINKY FROM THEM!

I hate bestlacewigs, I ordered 2 virgin units from them and they shredded so horribly bad. Both in the nape area, and by the 3rd month they had bald spots :/

Thanks all. It's bad enough that the unit was a mess, their customer service is horrible. I should have research this company before buying from them. I receive the wig it is not virgin chinese, The wig color was black with auburn highlights. I order a large cap the cap was small, fits a child size head. The second wig I bought is indian remy light yaki in 1b 10 inches. The wig arrives jet black 14inches. The hair is dry matted and brittle, split ends, The wig is very thick and its supposed to be light to medium density. Wigs at the beauty supply store look better then these 2 wigs I bought. I contact her for a refund. She didn't want to give a refund, I went through paypal. Who ever is thinking about ordering from her site don't, You will be dissapointed! She also keeps harassing me by email which I had to block her.
Harassing a client? Is this how they roll? Not only are they sending out bad products, their customer service is beyond me! They just take the money and run!
Well… run from this vendor.  |

hey, i am new here (although i lurked on the BHM forums for about 2 years) but i just received my first order from BLW last monday.
i got very excited, it being my first lace front wig and cut the lace carefully etc. i also cut some bangs because it being a stock unit, it was pretty large for my head still (cap size s to m.)
i have been wearing the wig for 3 days now and it shed horribly :( the hair is literally EVERYWHERE. the tracks are even showing in the back now:(
