Hi SooSweet. Yes most reviews I’ve seen have people say that
they lost few to no pounds, but the ones with before/after pictures make you
think, “Wow, is that really only __ lbs?! It looks like more!” People who are
already slim seem really pleased with how much flatter their stomach and smaller their
arms and thighs get from the 30DS, so if that’s you then you’ll get toned and
not lose much or any weight. However, toning isn’t just for people who are
already pretty slim, it makes a huge difference in those who are looking to lose
a significant amount of weight. Plus it seems like the more you weigh when
starting this, the more chance you have of losing actual pounds. So if that
sounds like you, you have a better chance of losing weight AND toning. If you haven’t
already seen some of these results I’ll post them for you. Of course their results
were probably increased by other things: healthy diet, other exercises, etc.
